Drivers under 25 may incur additional fees. A valid driving licence compatible with the vehicle class is required, along with identification and proof of your current address. Booking and Payment Details

  • Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or at our Isle of Wight office. A deposit may be requested to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment systems.

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

  • At the time of vehicle collection, it is your responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be created and signed off at this time. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was collected, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged accordingly. Ensure the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental, as refueling fees will be applied for lower levels. Late returns may incur additional fees, so please contact us promptly if you expect a delay. You are liable for any parking fines, traffic violations, or charges incurred during your rental, along with an administration fee.

  • All rentals include basic third-party insurance. Details about coverage and excess amounts are outlined in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to lessen your financial responsibility. It is wise to review these options thoroughly. You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount unless you opt for extra coverage. Damage from negligence or misuse falls under your responsibility, regardless of existing insurance.

Cancellation and Modifications

Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
